As if firing Mike Shanahan wasn't a big enough loss to the Denver Broncos now it looks like they will be trading their franchise quarterback as well.

Josh McDaniels first year as the head coach of the Denver Broncos couldn't have started out any rougher than it has. I am not saying that it isn't his fault because if there is anyone to blame it is McDaniels.

Although I believe the trade that McDaniels which would have brought Matt Cassel to Denver would have been an improvement over Cutler, McDaniels definitely didn't handle it the right way. As a result of McDaniels dropping the ball, Cutler has decided he is no longer appreciated in Denver and wants to be traded elsewhere.

At first I thought what a punk Cutler was for being so selfish, but after thinking about it he just had his first Pro Bowl season and lead his team to arguably the most promising season in Denver since John Elway retired there was no reason his should be even be considered to be traded.

One thing is for sure now in Denver, whatever happens it won't be good news in Denver.
